Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at andreianbracaminte@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
